Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field from any HEC recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
Lead capture and maturity:
• Proactively identify and capture leads for bank accounts through various channels.
• Implement strategies for nurturing and maturing leads in successful account acquisition.
Customer Engagement:
• Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide personalized guidance and information to facilitate informed decision making.
Onboarding Excellence:
Ensure onboarding process for new account holders. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues and enhance the overall customer onboarding experience.
Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing customer concerns and preferences.
Target Achievement:
• Work to achieve and exceed goals for account acquisition.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Market Research:
• Be aware of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
• Provide insight and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our bank accounts.
